- On Location Devices are devices to record video from the field and then broadcast it through 4G / LTE, SATELLITE, INTERNET to the center (ZAO Media Gateway, ZAO HDView). On Location Devices offers 3 main product lines: ZAO, ZAO-S, ML-ZAO being suitable for all users' needs.
- Internet Provides a transmission environment for On Location Devices and Center.
- ZAO HDView, ZAO Media Gateway is a suite of software located at the command center used to decode and store audio and video received from On Location Devices. The software suite helps users to manage and cooperate effectively. ZAO HDView is used for small projects and to connect to a small number of On location Devices. ZAO Media Gateway is for large projects and connects to a large number of On Location Devices
- Miles Stone X Protect is a software to store, review, monitor, and manage through RTSP, ONVIF streams from ZAO HDView and ZAO Media Gateway
