- Quick access to the scene. Working well everywhere, including remote areas.
- Ensuring operational features, fast deployment. All devices can be in operation after only 5-10 minutes.
- Ensuring on-site communication (incident area) and the ability to contact the command center when needed.
- Record and send video filming situations at the scene to mobile communication command vehicle for information collection and on-site decision making.
- Transmit data obtained from the mobile communication command vehicle to the command center in real time, helping leaders at all levels to grasp the situation and make decision timely and effectively.
- All data and communications must be encrypted and meet security requirements.
Components of mobile communication command vehicle:
All communication devices are installed and integrated on a specialized vehicle and include below main systems:
- Mobile digital television system ensures 4K/HD image quality, using a combination of video transmission methods through COFDM technology, satellite transmission, 3G/4G bonding, Wifi, Ethernet LAN with encrypted data link. The system ensures that in everywhere, in all conditions video is transmitted from cameras to command vehicle and from command vehicle to command center. The entire field videos are recorded by a specialized recorder on vehicle and forwarded to the center for processing as well.
- Mobile radio communication system that can operate independently or in combination with existing radio systems. The radio system ensures direction from the center to the vehicle and field scouts. Transmission from mobile radio station to MSO (Mobile Switching Office) uses satellite transmission, VPN over 3G/4G cellular network.
