This service is specially necessary for large telecommunication equipment systems, serving specific missions related to security and safety, not allowing sudden interruption of communication.

Our maintenance service can be provided in various forms:
- Emergency maintenance at the site
- Maintenance as per plan at the site
- Periodic maintenance at the site
- Remote maintenance support via phone/email/online
The scope of maintenance service includes:
- Check the operating status of hardware, software, and system services
- Check and evaluate the performance of the system
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment hardware
- Periodically monitor and build a profile of conditions and status, operational parameters, standard service quality to have a basis for assessing changes on the system in the future.
- Perform software upgrades and patches as recommended by the vendor.
- Check the functioning of devices
- Perform testing, analysis and error handling ( if any):
+ Analyze and propose repair solution in case of complex errors, support to sent to the Repair Center (if needed)
+ Propose replacement and replacement installation with irreparable errors
- Proposal and provision of equipment, components and spare parts .
- Develop a report after each maintenance, the content includes the services performed, the errors detected and analyze the causes of the errors, propose solutions so that these errors do not repeat later. The report also includes reviews of the system status and recommendations that can be made to improve the reliability and performance of the system.
