VITEC TEAM BUILDING 2019: TEAM WORK MAKE DREAM WORK
As a famous quote form Mother Theresa says: "Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love." Let us, each member of VITEC, dedicate to work, to family with our great love. VITEC have chosen Blue Villa and Lakeside Garden Villa as the destination of outdoor teambuilding session for employees at 19-20/10.
In the spirit of solidarity is the core values of building the strong development of VITEC, to bring about relaxation, comfort and strengthen team spirit just as the message of the program "Work hard, play hard ", VITEC have chosen Blue Villa and Lakeside Garden Villa as the destination of outdoor teambuilding session for employees at 19-20/10.

The objective and meaning of the program: the company union has built the content of the Teambuilding with many attractive games and the difficulty is increased gradually to help maximize soft skills, behavioural skills, team working skills to coordinate the work and handle difficult situations in a smooth and efficient manner.
VITEC members were divided into 3 teams: Red, Yellow and Blue to participate in team games such as caro teamwork, balloon don’t fall, the transporter etc ... The games, though simple, were not easy to accomplish without teamwork and specific plans.

The two-day team building program was short but all staff of VITEC have drawn valuable lessons: READY-to –change and connect-to-success. Be ready to change your habits, ready to change your work attitude, ready to step out of your “safe line”, ready to face with new challenges, and ready to receive share to improve. Be ready for a common goal: the sustainable development of VITEC family.
