The statement is more accurate in business since without the coordination between departments in a company, each invidual will find difficult to collaborate with others to achieve the highest results. A single Apple engineer could not create a complete iPhone design without the contribution of many other colleagues in shaping, programming, testing ... A Walmart single employee cannot provide home delivery service to customers without the support of his colleague in the sales department, warehouse department and logistic department ... Obviously, there is no exception for Viet Tien Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company.
Recognizing the importance of teamwork skills, on March 1, 2019, the Board of Directors organized a training course on "teamwork and conflict resolution skills" with the guidance of Master of business administration Luu Tien Dung. By his own experience, Mr. Dung has brought a completely different teaching style: youthful - brief - concise - effective.
The beginning of the training course introduced to member staffs about the definition of an effective teamwork. By taking a practical approach, Mr. Dung has provided to students the concept, difficulties, influencing factors and how to improve teamwork efficiency. Integrating in the training process are collective and discussion games

Vitec is a family and family may have conflicts sometimes. But in the end, we always find a way to solve the problem. The company is growing with extremely challenging goals and in order to achieve those goals, one of the working principles set by VITEC for employees is: "Cooperation for common goals". After the training, we believe that each individual participating in the program, has had a certain change of awareness in teamwork, to contribute to help Vitec to achieve the common goals.
