Training to improve skills and professional knowledge for all employees is an important step in developing VITEC people’s competence. Through training sessions, each employee will acquire knowledge and especially cultivate experiences from others to meet working demand and confront the future challenges
The training session at Vitec
On February 28, 2019, the first product training program was took place at Vitec's office, It was specifically designed for new and sale staff in order to help them having basic knowledge about superior features and technology of mainstream radios. However, there are also many staffs from other departments joining in.
At the training session, Sales Admin had a presentation of product and technology solutions that VITEC is now applying and developing to meet innovation requirements in the 4.0 technology century. Ms. Nguyen Thu Ha (Sales Admin) conveyed her deep knowledge of radios to new staffs

This training program is in favour of improving the quality of human resources for the overall implementation of the current and future plans in Vitec.
